If the estimate fits your budget and expectations, we schedule an in-home consultation. During this visit, we walk through the space, discuss your vision, take measurements, and talk through materials, layout options, and the overall feel you want to achieve.

Following the consultation, we prepare a detailed written quote and contract outlining the scope of work, materials, expected timeline, and final pricing. Our contracts are transparent and easy to understand, so you always know exactly what you're investing in.

Once the quote and contract is approved, we schedule your project and collect a deposit to secure your spot on the calendar. Because we take a small-scale, craftsmanship-first approach, we typically focus on only a couple of projects at a time—allowing us to give your home the attention it deserves.

During the working phase, depending on the project, we start with demo and dispose of waste materials, and move forward with each aspect of the project. Depending on scope, certain aspects are completed by subcontractors (like electrical and plumbing), all managed by us. You can just look forward to the results.

When the project is complete, we walk through the finished space with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If anything needs adjustment, we take care of it. Our work isn’t done until you feel confident and proud of your space.
